Terms of Sale

These Terms govern the sale of domain names listed on farzin.co ("the Site"), operated as a sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom ("the Seller", "we", "us"). The party making the purchase or offer is "the Buyer", "you".

Domains listed on the Site are offered for sale at the price shown. Submitting a wire transfer request, payment plan request, or offer constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or negotiate any offer at our sole discretion. No contract is formed until we have confirmed acceptance in writing (email is sufficient) and, where applicable, cleared funds have been received.

• Once a wire transfer request is submitted, the domain is reserved for 24 hours pending receipt of cleared funds. After 24 hours without payment, the reservation lapses and the domain is returned to general inventory.
• All wire transfers must reference the unique reference code we provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect references.
• The domain will be pushed to your registrar within 24 hours of cleared funds landing in our account (typically 1–3 business days after sending the wire).
• All prices are in GBP. The Buyer is responsible for any wire fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary bank fees. The Seller must receive the full listed amount in GBP — any shortfall must be topped up before transfer.

Optional paid migration tiers (Launch Setup, White-Glove Migration) are domain-level configuration services and do not include:

• Building, designing, or developing a website
• Migrating mailboxes or copying email content
• Setting up Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other third-party accounts
• Content writing, branding, or design work
• Ongoing support beyond the period stated for the chosen tier

Migration work begins after cleared funds and is delivered remotely via email or shared documents. Refunds for migration services are not available once work has commenced.

Payment plans are available on selected domains priced at £2,500 or more. Plans are subject to manual approval at our sole discretion. Payment plan purchases are governed by a separate Payment Plan Agreement which the Buyer must accept in writing before any reservation begins.

The domain registration remains in the Seller's account for the full duration of the plan. The Buyer is granted a licence to use the domain (via DNS pointing) while payments are current. Ownership transfers to the Buyer only after the final payment clears.

Offers must be at least 10% of the listed asking price. Offers are non-binding until both parties accept in writing. Submitting an offer does not reserve the domain — another Buyer may purchase at the listed price at any time.

• Once a domain has been pushed to the Buyer's registrar, the sale is final and non-refundable.
• Fraudulent chargebacks initiated after a successful transfer will be contested with the originating bank, and we reserve all legal rights to recover the domain and pursue costs.
• Wire transfers are by nature non-reversible — please confirm all details before sending.

Domains are sold "as is". We warrant that we have the right to transfer the domain and that it is free of registrar locks at the point of sale. We make no warranty as to the Buyer's intended use, trademark suitability, or commercial viability. Our total liability to the Buyer is limited to the amount paid for the domain.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure their intended use of the domain does not infringe third-party trademarks or other rights. We may refuse a sale if we reasonably believe the intended use is unlawful, infringing, or in bad faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
